Cancellation policy: Free Cancelation 60 days prior to reservation. Any cancelations within 60 days are subject to a 50% of total reservation price.

Damage Deposit: A $200 Security Deposit is required before check-in.

Daily Cleaning: There is no daily cleaning. For long term stays your room will be cleaned every 3 days upon request. Towel change available anytime upon request.
